• Create annual budget
• Complete federal & state tax filings
• Ensure MO Secretary of State filing

• Prepare agenda for Board meetings with President

• Maintain accurate records for the Board

• Serve as new family liaison
• Assist in managing Lead Volunteers
• Assistance Meet Director
• Serve as Assistant SwimTopia Administrator
• Communicate general information to Waves families
• Maintain record book 

• Secure apparel vendor
• Obtain and submit season design to Board
• Order swim caps
• Coordinate team suits for the season
• Secure food trucks for each home meet
• Arrive to home meet by 4:00p to assist food trucks in setting up in appropriate location
• Handle any food truck issues at home meets
• Manage Donut Fridays
• Coordinate team photos

• Secure sponsorships for the season
• Organizes fundraising activities
• Provide logos for all sponsorships to the Apparel & Food Coordinator & Vice President
